Peter, Margaret and their children were living in Arbroath at the time of the 1841 census.

Margaret's death certificate gives her parents as David Spink and Jane Eaton but there's no record of this couple, I think she was the daughter of John Spink and Jane Eaton and her birth is wrongly recorded as John Spink and Mary Eaton. There is no record of a Mary Eaton at all or a marriage between John Spink and Mary Eaton.
